Vi revitaliserer vores kendte format, Aabent Laboratorium, der har levet et stille liv i det sidste års tid. Det gør vi sammen med HAUT, der er scene, værksted og producent for nye generationer af scenekunstnere. Aaben Dans og HAUT vil sammen kuratere i alt 3 Aabent Laboratorier – i efteråret 2019, foråret samt efteråret 2020.
Med et OPEN CALL inviterer vi unge koreografer og dansere til at byde ind med koreografiske eksperimenter, korte stykker og work-in-progress visninger.

Aaben Dans and HAUT are looking for emerging and experienced dancers, choreographers and interdisciplinary movement based artists who wants to take part in Aabent Laboratorium the 19th of September 2019 at Aaben Dans in Roskilde
Aabent Laboratorium is a platform for sharing choreographic works in a professional context. It is a place to try out artistic work and entering a feedback dialogue with colleagues and the audience as a part of the artistic development. Aabent Laboratorium is a platform that embraces new ideas and new ways of working within the choreographic field.
Aabent Laboratorium will provide:
• Rehearsal time and technical set-up
• Showing for local audiences and colleagues
• Facilitated feedback session with colleagues and local audiences
• Basic technique, technician, stage, PR and meal
• Travel support
Dates for engagement:
3rd of September 2019: Meeting between the curated artists and Aaben Dans and HAUT
17th and 18th of September: Rehearsal, technical set-up and feedback from colleagues
19th of September: Showing for local audiences and colleagues
